Since, it is an instant mix, you can directly use this batter mix is to make Dosa, Ghee Dosa, Uttapam.
Idly
Idly is a savoury and fluffy cake of south Indian origin popular throughout India. Idly is made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body.
Dosa
Dosa is a fermented crepe or pancake made from rice batter and black lentils. It is a crispy fermented flatbread that resembles a French crepe or pancake in appearance. Dosas have been a staple item in south Indian cuisine for centuries and are popular throughout all of India.

Directions:
Do not add salt to the Mix.
Add required quantity of water only for DOSA.
For better result remove the mix from refrigeration at least one hour before cooking.
Preparation Method:
For IDLY: Steam boil the mix as required
For DOSA: Spread the mix over a hot pan and roast.
Ingredients:
Rice, Urad Dal, Fenugreek and RO-Purified Water.
Storage Condition:
Refrigerate at 0-5°C. Bring the batter to room temperature before using it.
